Just an FYI if you're just getting this for the "free" tablet. The tablet is a Galaxy A7 lite which only costs $200 ($129 on Amazon)

They will still lock you to a 2 year EIP even if it's free (They'll make a monthly credit to cover the tablet EIP)

Meaning you'd end up paying $10 for 2 years ($240) for a $129 tablet.

So if you're only doing it for the tablet then it's not worth it

Not on the "free" tablet, lol. In all seriousness, don't choose the plan with TE in the title as that one is tax exclusive (you have 2 choices)

soc code ZB10HSTI is the one you want.

Seems tmobile help took over when I tweeted for business help. How do I chat with tmobilebusiness directly?

Thanks

I just did a speed test at fast.com and got 5 Mbps on one test and 6.8 Mbps on the next. Then I turned on a VPN and got 49 Mbps. So it looks like video streaming is still throttled, just not as hard as it would be without HD Pass.
You might need to restart your phone to see the speed bump from HD Pass.

Why they need to do that ?
From MVNO, I have TMobile-based non-VOICE eSIM service. Has a phone# associated with it, but voice does not work.

They said my device is iPhone(Voice line device) which is not Tablet(mobile internet device). But fortunately iPhone can use tablet plan, tablet seems can't use phone plan

Has anyone been able to change the IMEI on this (TMOHS1) hotspot yet? I hacked it and seems the script changed the TTL and it is not counting to device data instead of hotspot. However, once TMO adds these IMEIs to their DB, they might blacklist the accounts. I already have an Tablet IMEI that I can use?

I'm getting about 28 Mbps in a fairly remote location. Very happy with that speed.

Now I'm trying to share the connection. I'm using EasyTether with a Pixel 3 phone, GL.iNet Slate router, and VPN.

If I run the VPN on the router, I only get about 7 Mbps on my laptop. If I run the VPN on the phone, I get 20 Mbps.

Reading GL.iNet forums, it sounds like the 7 Mbps is pretty typical, due to processor limitations in the router. So it seems that using the faster processor in the phone for VPN encryption/decryption is preferable.

Other than speed, is there any other reason to prefer running the VPN in the router vs. the phone?
Hey there, can you please let me know whether the phone is able to tether and charge at the same time from the router? Thanks!

Thanks. Did he at least get back to you after trying/failing? I haven't heard spit from him since, and all I was asking for was a TE>>TI plan change on existing account, which he had offered to me to do no problems!

I had them add my data line to my eSim, but it didn't work. ESim didn't download. I also tried scanning QR code. That didn't work either. I thought it was my iPhone. So I had them add it to another iPhone. Still didn't work.

I got the TE version of this plan with the 50% off Tab S7 FE. My experience was excellent full speeds in the Tab S7 FE, but in an unlocked S22 I was getting slow throttled speeds in the same locations. Anyone else getting throttling in a phone with this plan?
Are you sure your $10 data plan qualifies for 50% off Tab S7 5G FE? I was initially told yes, but few hours later my business rep sent an email to inform me that $10 data plan does not qualify for 50% off of Tab S7. You may want to check your billing statement and see if are geting a credit for S7 tablet.

What's error? If you have two iPhones, have you tried to login the same iCloud and act like setup new phone to transfer physical sim to esim?
