Just an FYI if you're just getting this for the "free" tablet. The tablet is a Galaxy A7 lite which only costs $200 ($129 on Amazon)

They will still lock you to a 2 year EIP even if it's free (They'll make a monthly credit to cover the tablet EIP)

Meaning you'd end up paying $10 for 2 years ($240) for a $129 tablet.

So if you're only doing it for the tablet then it's not worth it

Not on the "free" tablet, lol. In all seriousness, don't choose the plan with TE in the title as that one is tax exclusive (you have 2 choices)

soc code ZB10HSTI is the one you want.

Tmobile business sales drove me crazy with all the unexperienced people. Not sure what happened to Tmobile ? I provided them everything... EIN registration; Articles of Corporation ;recent invoice...they are saying Articles of Corporation needs to be dated within 90 days for a company established 13yrs ago... Even their supervisor was hopeless; tried T-Force through facebook but no go; as they said they can't help business accounts...gave up after spending 2 days on it.
Tmobil used to have great CSR and Sprint was a pain to deal with. After the merger looks like Sprint CSR started to handle Tmobile calls. I have the same experience. Atrocious support

M2000 for $55? That was a bargain. My local area has it from $200-300. When you said modded, what did you do with it? I am looking to do what you do. Can you elaborate more?
I enlisted the help of Rich Hathaway, he modded my m2000, and set a customer iemi. Feel free to contact him @: [email protected]

Just find a different store. I don't know why the people in your area and FB have been knuckleheads.

The first store I went to was clueless about the Magenta $10 plan, but had no issue establishing a business account. Once they did that, and activated a SIM, he found the Magenta $10 plan. Actually, the agent can call into CS for help, so if he/she didn't at your store, then they are clueless. Find a different store. There are like 6 near me (within 15 miles), so I'm sure you should have a similar selection.

As for social media help, Twitter TMo was useless. FB T-Force was great. Just note that they cannot open an account or change account for you. Twitter refused to change the plan to the tax included plan. Went into a different store, and it literally took the guy 5 min.

You can put the SIM in any tablet or phone that accepts a SIM, and it will work. So the SIM is not locked to your A7 Lite tablet.

You just cannot put it in certain hotspot devices. I think the TMOHS1 works without modding, but it will use data from your 10GB. You have to run the script if you want it to pull from your unlimited side.

The T9 does not work without changing the IMEI to a tablet or phone. It is identified on their system as a hotspot device and won't connect.
Ah that's great news. Haven't even received it yet, so no clue, but nice to know if it's not great I can use it in anything else. Thank you

There's a separate T-Mobile for Business page on Facebook you want to go through:

Honestly; I decided not to deal with knuckleheads any further as I really do not even need the plan. Sometimes it is very hard to understand how they hire those unskilled people to work as sales/customer service at Tmobile.

Either our credit is crap or they changed something.

Online does not allow you to enter an EIN, just a SSN, so I don't know how your account was created. the EIN was grayed out and not selectable. YMMV I guess.
Lol, More people Have been able to set up account online and order than NOT. Many of us don't want to run to a store and have to provide a bunch of documentation, nor spend that amount of time for a $10 tablet line or 2.

I have TMO consumer account, so wife set up this account with her SSN. Approved for 12 lines while setting up account online and ordering 2 tablets/lines. Quick chat with T-Force and plan was changed to TI tax included. Much easier route in the end.

T-Force happily switched one of my physical SIMs on this plan to eSIM on my iPhone. You just don't get voice calling.
Should be able to get Voice from eSIM, IFF using iPhone.

Anyone did the chrome book $99 deal, can you advise what the code on the account was? They haven't applied it to my account yet despite of telling me they are escalating my case every single time I call them (5-6 times)…

Hence the YMMV.
And they may have changed something on their end since this deal was posted on Reddit and SD. this is almost 2 months old.

I tried at the end of April, and it didn't work online.

Good for you and your wife. I still got the deal and I spent some quality time interacting with some great people at the store. to each his own. And it wasn't hard showing them a single piece of paper verifying my actual business. It wasn't like a tax return.
