Just an FYI if you're just getting this for the "free" tablet. The tablet is a Galaxy A7 lite which only costs $200 ($129 on Amazon)

They will still lock you to a 2 year EIP even if it's free (They'll make a monthly credit to cover the tablet EIP)

Meaning you'd end up paying $10 for 2 years ($240) for a $129 tablet.

So if you're only doing it for the tablet then it's not worth it

Not on the "free" tablet, lol. In all seriousness, don't choose the plan with TE in the title as that one is tax exclusive (you have 2 choices)

soc code ZB10HSTI is the one you want.

You don't need to buy a device.
BYOD doesn't have this plan when ordering online.

Yes! Plan description says: "Plus data in Mexico and Canada with up to 5GB of 5G/4G LTE at no extra charge!"

OK signed up last night for the Magenta Business TI plan with the "Free" Samsung A7 Lite.. tried checking online but says I need to call in to verify so I'll do that with my EIN (I have a Domestic LLC and I'm sole prop).

I also signed up to have the "Test Drive" hotspot type device sent to to me. Where I live I don't really get 5G so not too worried about high speeds. I saw I can possibly flash the Test Drive hotspot type device and use it via USB tether into a router. Is that all I would need to do to bypass the 10GB hotspot data limits?

edit: called the business phone # and CSR took my info, sent me an email to checkout.. she signed me up for the $10/mo "TE" plan and said the "TI" plan is a mistake.. I didn't want to argue at the time so went ahead with the TE plan, will contact Tmobile Business later to try to convert to the TI plan.. what's the difference really, dollar or so per month savings for tax?

c0d3917, I bite with your advice to Rich Hathaway flashed my M2000 Tmobile MiFi. He struggled with reversed back to Tmobile from Verizon FW (even Verizon data not connected). Now, it's really hard to get a hold of him Rich Hathaway. I REGRET now for my hard working dollars of $150. Very sad 😞.

I just got my second billing statement and am surprised to see it is only $1.66. Basically I was charged $10 for the plan, received $8.34 as promo credit for A7 Lite tablet, but not actually charged $8.34 for the installation payment. Screen capture attached.

This is exactly the opposite of my first bill, where I was charged $8.34 for installation payment but not received $8.34 back as credit. I called business support line. The CSR issued credit to cover my entire first bill (including plan cost) and told me future credit should appear without issue.

I will be very happy if the next bill is $1.66 again Smilie Can someone please tell me what the bill should look like?

Wow...and Woww...after trying to open online with my real company EIN; and got lots of bumps and runarounds, I went to T-Mobile store to open a line but didn't work again.. As I am a Tmobile customer; they could not open a business line with my SS Smilie - tried company...they could not... So Tmobile is in a tragic/funny state in my opinion. I have been their customer for over 10yrs with 3+ lines; bought and paid $1,000s of $$$ in phones Smilie - just find it crazy

I'm trying to check out online as guest and after credit check I'm getting message "You're approved for up to 12 business lines."

What is the next step?

There's a button "Review your cart" but that goes back to my cart that has again shows "Next: credit check". How do I actually check out?
