Just an FYI if you're just getting this for the "free" tablet. The tablet is a Galaxy A7 lite which only costs $200 ($129 on Amazon)

They will still lock you to a 2 year EIP even if it's free (They'll make a monthly credit to cover the tablet EIP)

Meaning you'd end up paying $10 for 2 years ($240) for a $129 tablet.

So if you're only doing it for the tablet then it's not worth it

Not on the "free" tablet, lol. In all seriousness, don't choose the plan with TE in the title as that one is tax exclusive (you have 2 choices)

soc code ZB10HSTI is the one you want.

Just received the m2100 today. It works perfectly just popping in the SIM card. Doesn't count as hotpot data over wifi or through usb to usb.

I tried out a usb to ethernet adapter to my work laptop and it works! BUT USING THE ETHERNET ADAPTER COUNTS AS MOBILE HOTSPOT DATA!

It also doesn't have much "outside of the same room" range either.

In spite of those two things, which I didn't need anyway, so far I am happy with the unlimited 5G speeds.

I'm going to do a little stress test. I'm going to take it with me next week and try it out in different places.

Where did you buy the m2100 and how much?

So apparently if you put the tmobile tablet sim into a cell phone, it auto factory resets your phone and flashes your firmware to t-mobile rom which is filled with bloat

eBay. $179.99 I bought it on an impulse. That was the lowest I had seen on eBay and I jumped on it. My next plan is to find a new m2000 battery and battery door. The m2000 has a 40% larger batter than the m2100.

What tablet plan do we choose? Business unlimited tablet 10gb HS TE or Business unlimited tablet 10gb promo? Trying to do online and not sure which one to choose as they are both $10. Thanks

The way you worded is way more severe than what happened. Your phone rebooted, came back up with a tmobile splash screen, and downloaded some tmobile apps, which can be uninstalled.

It wasn't factory reset and new firmware wasn't installed. All the changes were just aesthetic.

They are both the same except the TE plan charges taxes making it more expensive. You want the one that says Magenta Business Tablet 10GB Promo.

I've been trying to do this online & I'm getting nowhere.

I got approved for up to 12 lines as a sole proprietor, but didn't get email confirmation & can't create a user ID.

When I select one of the "free" tablets, I don't have the option to get the Magenta business tablet 10gb promo.

So annoying. I guess I need to call (like you guys have been saying). I'm going to sound like a complete idiot on the phone, but hopefully it will work.

I just tried to sign up with my dads ssn and I got the message congrats approved for 0 lines, lol. I'm like wtf why would you say congratulations on that. Tried to call number they provided, but business sales not open on Sunday. They will call back tomorrow. Should have done it with phone call to begin with.

The fastest I've gotten so far is around 190 up and 25 down upstairs in my home outside of Richmond, VA. Using it normally downstairs is slower but not too bad. This speed test I just did in my office at home pulled 120 up and 12 down.

I've noticed that the wifi has disconnected a couple of times today, but that could mean nothing.

When it loses 5g signal it falls back to 4g giving me similar speeds to the TMOHSI. The only time the m2100 has ever gone over 2 bars was that one time it dropped to 4g LTE.
