Just an FYI if you're just getting this for the "free" tablet. The tablet is a Galaxy A7 lite which only costs $200 ($129 on Amazon)

They will still lock you to a 2 year EIP even if it's free (They'll make a monthly credit to cover the tablet EIP)

Meaning you'd end up paying $10 for 2 years ($240) for a $129 tablet.

So if you're only doing it for the tablet then it's not worth it

Not on the "free" tablet, lol. In all seriousness, don't choose the plan with TE in the title as that one is tax exclusive (you have 2 choices)

soc code ZB10HSTI is the one you want.

Thanks. Should I call after I got my order and phone#, or before I receive them?
I usually call immediately, it's worked for me. Just have your order # or account info.

Mint unlimited is hard throttled (not just deprioritized) to 128mbps after 35GB of high speed data.

USM Unlimited Premium is hard throttled after 100GB. Only 50GB of that 100GB can be Hotspot.
I believe you mean 128kbps

Added HDPass Soc.

but one last thing. i opened 2 lines with A7 tablets.
Under both Equipment installment plan, it shows the correct device, imei.

However, under manage lines- Device,
one of the line is showing skyroam Solis X

Is it something i should be worry about?
Or wait till i activate the tablet first?

I put the sim in a phone that is just sitting , not doing anything and it already used 2gb of data. I think it did a software update but still surprised about how much data for being stagnant

It's not something I'd worry about. The device shown will be based on the imei of the device the sim is actually being used in (after a day or two lag) so once you actually use the sim in your tablet, the shown device will eventually change to the tablet.

Thanks. I'll finish out the conversation and then call business line. That line has been annoying to get through - kept getting transferred to consumer - endless hold circle

Slightly OT, but how can I use the T-Mobile Tuesday promotions? I signed up for tablet data plan back in May, I have a T-Mobile # assigned to me, and when I installed the T-Mobile Tuesday app on my phone (Cricket is my carrier), it asks for my T-Mobile phone # which I put in, then is trying to send a 4-digit PIN # to that T-Mobile # of which of course goes to nothing as I don't have T-Mobile as my phone carrier..

Anyway to get this to work?
Yep, got it working... For those SDers that have Shake Shack in their hood , free burger tomorrow Applause

I didn't get a tablet with my sim cards. But, presumably just like any other T-Mobile account, the tablet and sim card effectively have no ties to each other (beyond you getting both via this promotion). So feel free to sell the tablet (if you can find anyone willing to buy a tablet that's effectively still being financed on your account with a net zero cost for 24 months). And there's really no notion of having to activate the sim card in any particular device; it's activated and will work in any suitable device you put it in.

got it. and thanks.
I haven't been a postpaid customer for more than 10years.
I guess I will keep the tablet for my kid, and use the sim card on my phone.

T-Force via FB worked for me. Credit my acct $21.40 including the tax

I didnt add the HDPASS . I didnt want to be too greedy at the moment. I am just using it in phone for now. Waiting to get a good deal on a gateway that is an easy setup because still have a couple of months Comcast contract.

Those are both sold as T-mobile branded, so I think T-mobile will recognize the IMEI and it won't work with the tablet plan.
It needs to be something not sold as tmobile branded but still have the right band for tmobile.
