I can name many other "easiest" customer service before thinking of HD
My question is.. Which brand is good to start with? The only tool I have so far is Milwaukee 18v Impact drill (got on sale) but they seem to be on the higher price end.. So planning to get ryobi or rigid or other entry level ones.. So which brand is the best for a beginner for moderate price?
Corded variants of some of their Bauer and Hercules brands will beat cordless models of most of the entry level mainstream brands for things like hammer drilling into cement or angle grinding and they're way more affordable for one-off projects.
Also, look into oscillating multi tools. The amount of available attachments makes it a must have. I frequently grab my cheap Bauer oscillating tool before getting out my dremel, corner sander, or grinder.

And if sometime in the future you decide to sell them, name brand will still have some value. Unlike a Harbor Freight tool, which are considered one-time use or disposable.
I'm not a flipper per se, but I do jump on enough of the Killer deals to eventually sell off the excess / unused to essentially make all my other tools free.
