That case looks amazing tbh, nice airflow. Way better than any HP Omen prebuilt and the mobo has optical out 👌🏼👌🏼 but should be a 3080 I agree, especially if you factor in tax.
Good price. If you build it yourself the price is around the same give or take a 100. For those who are not into building their own PC, this is definitely a good deal.

Another thing about this Pre-Built vs some Pre-Built from Companies like Dell, Acer or Asus, is that all the components used here are Off-the Shelves standard components which you can buy from stores whereas Pre0builts like Dell XPS Desktops, Alienware Aurora series Desktops, all use a lot of custom components like Motherboard, PSU, some cases even the memory modules used, making them extremely hard to be replaced with standard components or using those to a standard Case. Some of those builds may have similar or even slightly lower price but if you are planning to upgrades to the PC in future, this path is better in my opinion.
That cooler is plenty. I have a 240 arctic cooler on my 12700k and have no issues. Also the glass vs mesh front issues vary from case to case. Sometimes can be mitigated by fan/cooler placement
Can I asked if someone know or guess the estimated price of this if BIY? Thank you

It's hard to know your answer without knowing exactly what parts they are using not just the specs, then you'll know where they cut corners and be able to evaluate if you'd do the same, spend a couple dollars more for a different part, or pick where YOU want to cut corners

A few things:
I made a YouTube video about pre-built PC issues that need to be checked. Made it after I bought 3 pre-builts that all had issues that needed fixing.
Not sure SD will let me post it but here it is:

Other day, Newegg had the TUF 3070 Ti at 699 which a code dropped it further to $650. MicroCenter has now dropped the same model down to $720.
Better off just building your ownbas parts are not that hard to come by anymore.

I think that CyberPower was a better deal. They too use all INDUSTRY STANDARD parts, so you are future-proofed and able to update.
$ 1750 = CyberPowerPC Geforce RTX 3070 Ti, with 12th Gen i5-12600KF, 3-fan Liquid Cool AIO, 16GB RAM, 1 TB NVMe M.2 SSD, 9 FANS (Code: MARCH) $1750 https://slickdeals.net/f/15654361-cyberpowerpc-geforce-rtx-3070-ti-i5-12600kf-liquid-cool-aio-16gb-ram-1-tb-nvme-m-2-ssd-9-fans-code-march-1750

I'd be scared to spend any money on an ibuypowerPC.
