This was the company that I ordered a handful of sets from back in like Novemberish and they never shipped. Had to wait about a month or so to get a refund, really annoying. The 2 plates that did ship were different shades of red too so they look pretty different

Don't forget to add $80 or so to ship those Wright plates. $225 vs $135 is closer to 2x than it is to "slightly more expensive".

If you're looking for a higher quality bumper plate for roughly the same price check out Wright Fitness. They make their own bumper plates right here in the US. Much higher quality and only slightly more expensive once you factor in shipping.

If you NEVER drop the bar, then I'm fairly sure these cheap ones will be fine, but if you deadlift, clean, jerk, snatch, etc, then the Wright bumpers are a no-brainer.

Same issue here. I only got 2 25lbs, i didnt get the rest of my order 6 x 15lbs, 2 x 45lbs.

I was fortunate last time I ordered in November. I complained to CS and they resent my 4 55lb plates. Ended up with 8 55lb plates for the price of 4.

Same 45lb plate (black), same price $67.50 but with more reviews. Temporarily out of stock but still available to order and FREE RETURNS for prime members. Looks like the ones OP posted are returnable within 30 days but it doesn't say free anywhere I could see.

There is a slight difference between the two models listed there, the blue has a thicker metal sleeve (competition -type). That difference may mean something to some people.

I have these as well. Great find in 2020, added up now to over 500 pounds. Not a failure yet, and I beat them

Do not order from Wal Mart!!!!! If you order from wal mart it's a very good chance they do not ship and it's a big old hassle to get the refund. Amazon on the other hand was a minor delay but shipped and work great!

I ordered four 45s (2 blue color, 2 black) from amazon previously and return the blue ones.
The middle insert outer layer kept coming off like it's a sticker and started to damage my barbell sleeve.
Second blue one was only OK, i wasn't impressed with the cosmetic quality, but weight is a weight.
The black version, albeit wider in depth, I liked better with regards to the barbell sleeve health and they seemed slightly more durable.
Their colored 55s were great for me, so it's disappointing how it turned out.

Slightly more expensive?????? Haha. The 160 pound package was $225 for the weights and shipping was about $250 to CA. So the shipping is more than the cost of the plates. Wrights are double the price once shipping is considered.
