The Amazon has the white lettering and thicker center hub.
Walmart one is black with blue lettering.
The Amazon one is a little thinner and (I think) is made from a denser rubber so it's not as bouncy.

If you NEVER drop the bar, then I'm fairly sure these cheap ones will be fine, but if you deadlift, clean, jerk, snatch, etc, then the Wright bumpers are a no-brainer.
