My sim shipped on 4/13/22 and still no sim card received. I called yesterday I was told they would replace the Sim card. I did not receive an email so I called back today and was told the request was canceled. I asked for a refund, and that was processed. They obviously have serious issues. Not worth the grief.

placed the order on 4/12 and received shipping confirmation on 04/14. Just received the SIM card kits today in NYC. I notice the service was already activated and started on 04/14 (shipping day) and next due day is on 05/14/22. It seems someone else grab the SIM card can use it directly if the package was lost in transit. Maybe transferring your number to Boost mobile is not a good idea in term of security.

Yes you can cancel after 1 month. If you call customer care they can help you cancel your service.

Hi Yuhaos,

You only get an express activated sim when you choose to get a new number not when you port in your current number from a different carrier. So this should be something you don't have to worry about.

Ordered on 4/20, received mail that the sim is shipped, not received yet. Line is already active from 21st. I read above that many people have not received. Can we use an existing sim to activate a new line?

This issue can be fixed by using a browser that has no addons or ad blockers. Or by disabling all addons/ad blockers.

so you get a number assigned when? and how do you find out what that number is?
