After placing the order i had received an email with temporary password, using that i setup online account. In couple of days the number was activated and i could see my number. So, try login in online using temp passowrd and you should see the number assigned

thanks. will do. can you do setup on website or you have to use the app?

Just ordered a kit - plan on using it to port to Xfinity mobile so I can sign up for the $15 plan to qualify for the $30 discount on my internet service. If that doesn't work I'll try to port from Google Voice.

Update 5/5. Sim shows shipped, and I see phone number assigned to account. I already disabled autopay but that wouldn't matter as I used a virtual C/C number with a $4 limit. I've already gone into the account and have the relevant account info saved locally and all I need now is the port out pin. I'll wait till next week for that step.

Update 5/6. Sim received.

No matter which email I enter, I always get the "Please enter a valid email" error. Is there something special that need to be done?

On the same boat, no sim in mail box yet, I see my sim is already activated and numer is assigned. Did anyone try to port out before they recieve sim card while sim is activated and apparently number is active.

This issue can be fixed by using a browser that has no addons or ad blockers. Or by disabling all addons/ad blockers.

I ported a number from Boost to T-Mobile over the weekend and it was a long, arduous process that involved 4 calls and about a total of 2+ hours. Maybe if I had known the port out pin info. at the top of the post (I was not doing it because of this deal) that would have helped.
