Target has 24 rolls for $11 without the usual Walgreens gimmicks.
Might be a good way to burn off some W cash, though...

You can get 2+2, or 1+3, or 3+1.

Is this available in store by first clipping the two coupons and then going there? I keep getting "We're sorry. No nearby store has the requested quantity of this item in stock." even when I check a bunch of zip codes covering probably a dozen Walgreens so I think something isn't working for inventory/pickup purposes at this moment...
