Saturated fat isn't always the bad guy. If you're low carb and working out, you're using fat for energy. That said, the chocolate chip ones aren't that great. The peanut butter ones are decent. If I'm going to have cookies I go for these because of the low sugar and net carb content.
it's not the 90s anymore bro. sat fat is just food
Yummy

nothing special about these, but a good price none the less. I bring these on long bike rides (anything over an hour I like to eat something). Cheaper than 7/11 and easy to eat while riding. And since refueling is the goal, I'm fine with the nutritional content.

But I wouldn't buy these just because they're cookies, or because they are exceptionally in nutrition department....

Quote from audioClover :
Yeah I never understood the concept of these. Most people get more than enough protein in a balanced diet, these are still calories and saturated fat.. not like they are healthy for you. so what is the point? Either eat clean and avoid foods like this or have a real cookie on a cheat day

We know this, it's the convenience on the fly or a treat alternatively than a actual candy bar. Go make your own protein bars with wax paper and all natural ingredients lmao
