The flavored cheerios, flavored oatmeal squares, etc have a lot of sugar and imo are too sweet tasting. If you want more healthy mix part flavored (as in this deal), part regular. To me it tastes better this way. I do this with special k and oatmeal as well.

Definitely! If possible just add some cheap fillers. There used to be a list on SD just for that reason. Do a search for Amazon fillers and maybe it'll pop up or someone may also have it bookmarked too!

I was hoping to find a product that might be nutritionally differentiated from other Cheerios offerings, but find no siginificant distinctions from other Cheerios entries. I've been looking for something to fill the void created by the disappearance of Trader Joe's High Fiber O's (and have largely fallen back on Quaker Oatmeal Squares and the Kroger brand equivalent).

Good luck!
Jon

Total sugar = 15g
Additional sugar = 14g

I hate how it's legal for companies to lie on nutritional labels.

I eat things like this and tell myself, "I don't like it as much as CrunchBerries, but at least it's healthier!" Then I see that Crunchberries only has 2g more sugar in it. https://www.heb.com/product-detai...sp-/103572

I may as well just eat the cereal I like better!
