This is not just honey, its mostly added sugar...make the investment into raw honey instead which should last a lifetime.

Exactly, I would much rather spend the money on other shelf stable foods or raw honey which actually has some benefit besides sugar. I would also rather just purchase the brown sugar #10 can when that price drops because I would rather brown sugar than sugar honey powder.
Pancake mix is $7.xx a can right now. I snag almost any vegetable #10 can that's under $20.

Raw honey is literally one of the only foods that preserve for hundreds of years. Better just store raw honey.
