Nice. I'll give these a try, I normally skip breakfast and I would take Nature's Bounty brand in the morning and wouldn't feel too great until I ate something. hopefully this works for me because I'd rather not eat in the morning if I can avoid it.
For what it's worth, these are for kids. The title doesn't say kids but the description does
The % of dv might be for children, but they will work for anyone. I used to take kids multivitamins because they're cheaper, have a higher count, and dv per vitamin is lower.
5mg iron in each one, I just checked the generic tablet ones I am taking and those are 65mg so these gummies are 15 times less potent.
Can overdose on iron which is why they're usually not in gummies to mitigate risk of kids thinking they're candy.
