I'm hoping to use these to aid recovery after donating blood at the Red Cross. After a year of giving blood every three months, I do feel a bit weaker overall. I'm hoping this is psychosomatic, though, and that the iron supplements will have a positive psychological effect, regardless of whether they're actually effective or not.
