I am still seeing a $500 discount. Was able to go all the way to the end of the checkout. Not sure if I want the phone, so didn't place order.

I see 128Gb 899, 256 999.
It could be because I already used the promo for my order ?

Seems like it. If I view the Fi site using Firefox (which I used to placed my order), it shows $300 off. If I view using Edge, it still shows $500 off.

How's battery life? Samsung website full of complaints on the battery life. Hoping it has also improved with software update. Planning to turn off 5G and only use LTE.

hi,
I need your help. I am new to Google Fi account and I don't know how to do.

I have two Fi account (google emails): I ordered and received Samsung phone using Account #1 which has are code 203. The second account, Account #2, has area code 413.

When I tried Google Fi app to port 203 phone number with Account #1, it said that 'The SIM doesn't match your account', so I tried the Account #2 and it seems the SIM is per-setted with Account #2.

I have only one google SIM, and my order record (for Samsung phone) is under Account #1, so I wan to port 203 number using Account #1. I contacted Goolge Help and they were not so helpful but recommend to replace SIM card. How can I do that? I couldn't find link for it?

Using an existing GV # should satisfy the requirement. That's what I did and the promotion details say I'm on the final step of staying on the service for ~100 more days (out of 120).

I paid $3 to unlock the googie voice # and plan to port to FI for promotion

However, I cannot find where I can get the account # and PIN for goole voice.
It should be required to provide when porting to FI, right?

anyone if u can help? I will be happy to use ur code to register to give u credit

thx

The account number is the phone number. You have to setup a voicemail pin, which is the port out pin as well.

I am a bit confused about your situation.
* You're new to Google Fi yet you have two Google Fi accounts.
* The area codes of your Fi accounts, are they existing Fi numbers, Google Voice numbers, or what?

For me, I'm new to Fi and I created an account (without any phone number in it). I logged into my Fi account on my computer and enter my phone number which I'd port from Tracfone, its account number, Port PIN number.
After I received my S22, I downloaded the Fi app to the S22 and ran it to activate the phone and port it. It used the port-in information that I had entered on my computer, and activated the S22 with the ported in number.

I have google Fi accounts , which are not activated yet. When I created these accounts I added my cellular phone numbers. So, those numbers are not ported to active Fi accounts yet. Sorry I made confused (I am confused either by how Fi is working). Thank you.

The phone number that you entered into your Fi account for porting is not set in stone, it can be updated anytime prior to activating the phone. Here's my suggestion:
* Log into the Fi account which you used to place the phone order.
* Click on Account. In the section that says "Number Ready for Transfer", click on Update Info (see attachment below).
* Enter the phone number that you want to port in, the carrier/provider, its account number, PIN (or Port PIN).
* On the S22 phone, download and run the Fi app, log into the same account where you placed the phone order. Go through the step to activate the phone. It will use the port-in info that you enter into your Fi account in the step above.

Dear hpham,
thank you so much for your prompt explanation. i can follow all those steps you explained except the account. The SIM Google sent to me was pre-programmed for Account #2 I have, but I ordered Samsung phone using Account #1. I guess that I can't change it, so I need to ask Google to send me another SIM for Account #1. Do you know how I can do that? sincerely,
