Don't get the flip, fancy phone, horrible battery life. Fanciness wears off, but day to day battery usage is what matters at the end. Need to charge at least 3 times a day with regular usage

I wish I hadn't bought into the iPhone hype. Lesson learnt. Now I have to wait a year and switch back. Apart from the battery if anyone is considering switching I would recommend you use one for a week.

It depends on the model, capacity and color. It could ship quickly or you may be waiting for over a month.
The question was "How long does it take from shipped to delivered?".

Oh sorry. Answer for that question still varies. They have a few warehouses it can ship from so it depends on how far you're from those warehouses. It's going to ship from the nearest one at least.

I've had 3 orders this year, because I was indecisive. All mine arrived in 2 or 3 days from when it changed to shipped.

The deleted post where the guy who posted about the iPhone 11 for $160 at Metro and trade it into Google for $320, don't you have to continue paying for 3 months of service ($60 each), so it'll be $280 + tax. Probably not worth all the trouble.

Thank you, can I just put my own data sim in this phone and leave the fi sim away? Should I uninstall the fi app just in case?

Yeah he reposted above your post. The Metro thread said at least 3 months of service before you can cancel. So an extra $120, unless I'm missing something?

Is this promo in any way affected by family-based plans or does it have to be individual? Would like to make a family plan to lower the bill, but would also not like to lose the promo.
Thanks in advanced

Can someone help me in knowing how long it takes to go from step 2 to step 3 under progress once the device is activated, (screenshot attached) and when does the 120 days count starts.
I have activated my phone today with port in from Google voice number, but still stuck on step 2, the number seems to be active on Fi though.

Step 1 - Bought device on May 2 (complete)
Step 2 - Received $500 off (complete)
Step 3 - New Fi member activated device within 29 days (pending)
Step 4 - Transfer a number to Fi (pending)

It'll show step 3 the next day after porting in.

Here is fine print from Metro
iPhone 11 Switcher Plus Offer: Limited-time offer, while supplies last at participating Metro by T-Mobile stores, purchase an iPhone 11 and port-in an eligible wireless number to a Metro $60/mo. plan and receive an instant $400 rebate off the full retail price of $499.99 with validation of name, address, and date of birth provided through independent database and with matching identification; After 3rd month's payment, receive $50 Virtual Prepaid Mastercard after submission of a properly completed redemption form and satisfaction of all offer requirements, which you can use online or in-store via accepted mobile payment apps; no cash access & expires in 6 months. The Virtual Prepaid Mastercard is issued by Sunrise Banks N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Mastercard International Incorporated.

The 3-month service is to qualify you for additional $50 card, to bring the cost down from $99.99 to $49.99, which is Metro advertised price.

When making the purchase as the store, I was told that I may downgrade plan the second month, or simply choose no payment without having to cancel the service.
