Cool product, but unfortunately at least 2 of the featured front page reviews talk about leaking being an issue... doesn't seem to have any manufacturer response either :S

Have you never seen these kind of bottles before? There are refill stations at places like Walmart, grocery stores etc. Exchange places that you can trade these kind of bottles. Delivery services that will deliver these bottles to your door. Or you can buy and refill them on your own. This is a pretty common type of bottle with multiple ways of getting water.

May be better to use one of those mini cover pumps. Works great for for. Easy to use, clean and no leaks.

I have one, love it. I think the bottom load is more convenient. The only downside is that when it's low (like 3 cups left) it beeps annoyingly and doesn't stop until it's replaced. Wish there was a way to push acknowledge.

Check your local big box stores or even a local supermarket. I ordered a different brand cooler but they gave us coupons for two free bottles which work anywhere their brand participates. Stores I've seen the filtered water are Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, Walmart, Wegmans, Kroger, HEB.
