FYI. If you get the same in kohls, extra $20 Kohls cash you can avail ( same goes with Blink security cameras deal). By the way, does anyone wall mounted it and using it as a smart home manager especially for Ring cameras and doorbell ?

Plus model is also on sale but both plus and non-plus have been lower when on sale in the past.

I wish Amazon would go back to giving 20% off instantly for trade-in. I don't want to ship my old tablet back, only for the sale to be over by the time they process my trade-in.

I am not certain for this one specifically, but for other trade ins if you chat with them, they will apply to your order after it ships. That was my experience with fire tv trade in. But you need to keep on top as they won't do these things automatically.

It seems other Fire tablets (i.e., Fire HD 8 and 8 plus, etc) are on sale too and same at other retailers but sale is not as good as at other times - wonder what is up with that? Inflation??
