I was just about to buy an iPad to tether my camera to. Is anyone using the Fire tablet for camera tethering? Thanks

What do you mean camera tethering?
I use 2 exclusively as nanny / baby monitors with 4 cameras using tinycam app.

Bought this for $60 last holiday season and about to bite bullet at this price. Wanted to hold out for a better deal but my kid is driving me crazy without his tablet.

Any one know if we are going to have a "Prime Day" this summer? These were $80 on BF so I would expect at least that good price on Prime Day., but I never saw the current version10 inch for $60..

During Prime Day last year, you were able to stack lightning deal with first app sign-in for total of $60 + tax. I also got a courtesy credit for trade-in which stacked lol

I get it.. you had a trade in.. but it has never been lower than $80 as a advertized price.

I have a 2017 HD10 and a 2019 HD8 and I honestly dont use either daily or maybe even weekly any more and it is not because of its aged HW, but I rather use my phone because it is aready in my hand.. IDK if I traded either in I would use a tab anymore.

It's something a photographer would do so as soon as the photo is taken it pops up on the screen immediately for review.

I have a Fire HD 8 (2018) and Amazon is offering me $25 Instant Trade-In Credit and 20% off towards a new tablet. So IF the HD 10 drops to $75 again for Prime Day, it's $35 OOP to upgrade.

The Fire HD 10 Plus is $109 at Kohl's right now if you want more ram... which would make it better performing for sure.
