Why is this downvoted? Is it a bad price? Is it a bad cooler? Is it just because it's an MIR and it's Newegg?

I am using this in my current PC along with a 5950x. Temps have been great, not sure why this deal is getting a thumbs down

Probably... also doesn't come with the bracket for the Intel 12gen 1700 socket (which you can buy separately).

Almost none seem to do. Some have programs where you can get the adapter for free, but after proof of purchase. Otherwise, they all seem to not come with it.
