They can be much quieter than a tower cooler. But a tower cooler still works if the fan dies.

If this MIR all goes as it said (which I never had any problem with newegg's rebates), then it's just 10 buck more than the average 20$ 120mm air tower cooler, right?
I had an MSI 360 that failed three time in a year and their RMA process is so bad I'm giving up completely on the brand new.
