American Express is offering a 150k bonus offer on its American Express Platinum card. Still has a $695 annual fee, but this is the highest I've seen.

That won't work. Has to be in store at Saks Fifth, no Off Fifth.
Annual fee sucks though, especially if you are not traveling/flying much.

You can also get 125k through a Resy offer with a bonus multiplier on restaurent if you really eat out a lot. But 150k was the better offer for us, and I'm guessing most people.
What are some other cards that may have close to this high of a bonus of $1500 minus annual fee, but can be cashed out easily?
If you have the utilization for the benefits they offer go for it. I think you may be able to downgrade after a year to Gold, for which signal bonuses aren't that great.
