That's a normal effect of beta alanine. You'd be weird if you didn't get it.

It's only uncomfortable if you don't work out after drinking. If you use this before a workout it's great. And it's great way to "feel" it working.

Good price. I was able to choose my own flavors and get x2 cartons (12-pack, 24 cans total) of the larger 16oz size directly from the c4 website using a coupon about a month ago.

I find the larger cans to be almost too much volume. These are nice imo for hikes our when I'm outside all day but I still prefer making my own (powder) for actual preworkout when possible

Does anybody else get itchy when they drink these? I think I might be allergic to an ingredient in them or something. They're the only energy drink that I have had where my skin starts to tingle and it gets uncomfortable.

As others said, it's definitely the beta-alanine that gives the tingles as a common side effect, but that doesn't mean that you're not allergic. I get the tingles, but I also get itchy red bumps on my arms and stomach from it. It took me way too long to figure out that wasn't a normal side effect!
