Me too.
I've had these for a while now, still sound great and no one has complained of the mic. My audio recordings have been good. I use this both for gaming and virtual meetings for work daily. Battery life is great, if you know how to take care of your lithium batteries. I'll take these over any "True Wireless" Bluetooth set any day. Bluetooth isn't as good as WiFi in audio fidelity nor in latency. WiFi range is way longer than 30ft (10m). Works on both console and PC.
I don't use the virtual surround sound, so can't speak to that.
Anyway, going to eventually get another set for backup. They keep selling these for $40, so I know I'll see them again soon.

$10 more but way more reviews
People complaining about Bluetooth "quality" don't know anything about technology. Since BT 4.2 there's been no worry about compression, especially with aptX and other codecs. The only concern now is the delay that seems to be intrinsic to BT, which you obviously don't want for gaming but mostly doesn't matter for music.
( got my steel series 7p+ from SD cheaper than retail)
And I am satisfied, but sometimes I think it's not enough.. high end machine/best picture. I see people go half way on high end sound... ( and I thought I did enough)
