Why would you abbreviate "REFURBISHED" in the title? Who knows what "RFB" is supposed to mean?
Newegg made their "REFURBISHED" indicator much harder to for the layperson to notice and your abbreviation of "REFURBISHED" in the title does not help.

If I didn't see it mentioned in the review, I wouldn't have noticed it.

If you want to buy refurb stuff, buy them at Amazon or BestBuy where returning is easy.

I have this & while the mic & camera are exceptional, the latency is awful. Probably why there are so many refurbs. I love the fact is can be stored locally, it just isn't ready for prime time. The person is gone by the time the doorbell registers on my phone. I've scoured the internet but haven't found any solutions. Anyone else found anything that works?
