The one from gamestop contains a seagate compute SMR drive rated for less than 55TB/year workload. These WD Red drives are rated for 180TB/yr.

I ordered these from Newegg not too long ago and they came bare drives, lose in a box, banged to shit by shipping. Completely inappropriate packaging and this is a common problem with Newegg.

Just had a 6TB Toshiba crap out on my NAS just before work this morning. Good time to get a deal. Will replace the other Toshiba as well since I'm buying two new drives.

Red Plus is NAS drive which I heard has vibration sensor. When you run NAS, you likely have multiple hard drive in there. And if they spin at the same frequency, it may cause much bigger vibration issue which may cause damage to the hard drive. What I heard is with vibration sensor, they will sensor the amount of vibration and each drive with try spin in different frequency to reduce vibration, etc. Plus other NAS related features like always-on (24x7 so rate higher TB/year), etc, which you can google and find out.
