I've had this bike paired with the Peloton digital subscription on my iPad ($12/month) for the last two years and between my wife and I we have logged close to 400 rides on it in that time. It has been awesome for us and we have been very pleased with the quality. She really wanted a Peloton after a couple of her friends bought them but I just couldn't justify the price and higher monthly membership. We paid $799 for this one and it's a steal at this price for anyone that will use it.

The only things we added were a $30 bike mat from Amazon and some anti-abrasion tape to the seat post. We noticed a pretty bad squeaking when my (much shorter) wife would ride and through the Facebook user group figured out it was due to the post making contact inside the column. I'm right at 6' tall and never had it happen but she drops the bike down to it's second or third lowest setting and it was rather annoying. The tape was less than $5 and got rid of the noise completely.

Keep trying…I had the same problem…code not valid, then it worked after entering again, showed $499, but then changed back to $799 after I clicked the complete purchase button. Cancelled that order and tried again, and it worked as expected. Typical Best Buy.

Bought one a few months ago and returned it. This bike is notorious for making lots of creaks and squeaks. I spent weeks trying to troubleshoot it and could never get the bike to quiet down.

Do a search on YouTube or the Schwinn IC4 facebook group and you'll see lots of videos complaining about the unexpected creaks and noises from this bike.

I ended up returning mine and got a cheap Echelon and there is no creaking or squeaking going on.

i bought a basically brand new Peloton bike+ with the bigger upgraded screen for $900. After using it for a few weeks I don't think we will be subscribing to the Peloton class membership as it's just too expensive (they recently upped the price to $45 per month!). My wife has been doing free classes on youtube off of her phone. Anyone have this bike after using a Peloton that can compare the two? Wonder if it's worth selling if we won't be using the membership

i can't speak for that guy but i'm in a similar situation where i have a Peloton but don't want to pay for the membership. the problem is, the bike is worth more to someone who wants to use the membership and can probably be resold for close to $1000. meanwhile this bike is half that price. is it worth selling the Peloton to get something like this or just stick with the Peloton and use the "just ride" feature?
