Imagine buying a 1080p monitor in 2022
Ps5 120hz. 4k is too expensive.

What made you finally pull on the trigger on that monitor? I've been searching the last few days, and I find it kind of daunting choosing the right monitor!

Its totally personal choice so go with the monitor you yourself think is best. For me (2560 x 1440) IPS 165Hz 1ms FreeSync at $199 was good choice. I play PS5 and XB X in Sony TV 65" A1E OLED which is only 60hz but I have never felt any lag or slow refresh rates even on newer games like FarCry6 or Elden Ring or FIFA 22 or Cricket 22.

If anyone is interested in the HDMI 2.0 model it is available for $149 via Samsung EPP at https://www.samsung.com/us/comput...G35TFWNXZA

I know it has some motion blur but for $149 it may be okay for the kids doing homework and maybe some light gaming. I checked monitors with better reviews but they cost nearly $100 more if taxes are considered. (they have 4K resolution, though...for the extra $100)
