As far as no touchscreen…..complaining for its price of $300 is….
It has full HD 15.6" lcd, 11th gen Intel i3 CPU, backlit keyboard, option for M.2 drive and while 8gb is basic it's still more than most of the laptops below $400 offer (it has 4GB soldered and one sodimm available with 4GB in it so 8GB stick or maybe even 16GB can be added).
WiFi supports AX 2x2 as well as Bluetooth 5.1

Here is a link to a test i did(first time doing a performance) I Just got the laptop today should i keep it and upgrade hard drive to an SSD or Return it to store? Total with Tax was $295
It's mostly going to be used by parents for streaming Youtube, Netflix, and some other streaming services and maybe some school work.
