This 4-port USB A device is all about maximizing "traditional" USB-A charging without limiting you to shared/"slow" charging. Given the variability of needs for USB-C (from basic standby charging all the way up to powering laptops) you're always going to be better off with a charger adapter dedicated to that option (it is conceivable that a user might need a 12V USB-C adapter that provides 45W to a single port!). The combination USB-C and USB-A chargers will often employ complicated balances of power across ports in single vs. combined operation which require examination as to whether they actually function for your application.
