I have an older Galaxy Note 10, BestBuy is offering $450 for in-store trade-in. Unlocked 256 gb S22 is has reduced -100 price at $750

$750 + $50 tax - $450 (trade-in) = $350

Samsung has an elevated trade-in currently as well, but they are only offering $375 on my Note 10.

Trade in Values don't reflect when checking out.. but that's expected. Best buys promos are always configured wrong, and at store they usually have no idea and will just check the online trade in values. At least that's my experience.

I can't get the full $800 for my note 20 ultra. Only $650. That sucks.

I'm worried about these horror stories of trade-ins being rejected once it's out of return window. Not sure if things have improved yet.

Complain via chat on Samsung. They will manually accept the trade in.

I'm trying to get the s22 ultra but I can only get them to give me 225 for trade in. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or do you have to go in store to get the 450? I have a note 10 +

I've sent 50 trades, never had an issue. Just follow the instructions and take pics videos when at fedex store. If the 3rd party facility says you sent an empty box, just show order support proof ,and theyll manually approve it. Proof as in photos video and even tracking will show box weight. Don't be scared. They also can extend return window

Some reason, it isnt showing the proper trade-in values... The webpage says 600 for s21+ but only shows $390 value when u check out...

Maybe too early where their third rate software devs still fixing the code.
