Increased in-store trade-in value for smart phones and reduced price of S22 phones

I have an older Galaxy Note 10, BestBuy is offering $450 for in-store trade-in. Unlocked 256 gb S22 is has reduced -100 price at $750
$750 + $50 tax - $450 (trade-in) = $350
Samsung has an elevated trade-in currently as well, but they are only offering $375 on my Note 10.

Most Bestbuy employees not aware of it and only few even work in Mobile. So to get them Trade-In value is difficult job. Your best bet is if the employee even if not aware, is open to listening (I find it the hardest part.) Because if they will listen, they can easily find this.
Next, New lower Price on Unlocked Phones are with Activation since May 9th (before this it was like instant discount), So they may ask you to activate. Issue I faced was I was told, this Activation Discount is separate deal and cannot be combined. I had to persist and even go to another store to finally get both enhanced Trade-In value and Activation discounted price.

But they were very sorry for it, it seems some genuine error which even their backend also couldn't fix. Also, I could the store employee helping me once he understood the deal and made sure I could get it. The manager even commented, He should also get the deal as it is so good.
