Deal looks dead. I have one of these already. It's very slow for an impact driver and being brushed, it goes through batteries pretty fast. That said, the slow speed makes it easier for beginners and the impact power is plenty adequate. I do a lot of construction projects and keep extra B&D drillls/drivers around for when I hire unskilled labor to help.
