If you need to diet and get healthier, then this is a horrible option. Just eat fresh foods.

For reference, fructose has a glycemic index of 25.
Contained in this product:
Maltitol - 35
Polydextrose - 4 to 9
Lactitol - 3 to 7
With that said, this product WILL cause insulin spikes as your body processes these sweeteners (mostly maltitol, which is a huge no-no for keto) differently than things like Stevia, Erythritol, etc. In some cases, even more than real sugar.
