Just know this is not a good food to eat if you are creating a permanent diet. The do not have offer anything you need, they are empty calories, they do not satiate your appetite, if you eat them it's just like eating chips in the sense that they will be in addition to whatever else you are eating.
If you eat clean veggies, fats and proteins your appetite dwindles. These just make your appetite go up.
I'm getting them as a rando weird snack. They are an exeption to my diet not the rule. The best times of my life I wasn't even eating anything like this and turned in to a super model compared to eveyone else. (clean skin, thin, beefy, masculine hands, chiseled face, etc. That stuff is not unattainable. Quite the opposite. Learn to eat good food and turn your head on everything else and it just happens.
pro tip: if you just replace your what-I'll-call-containers, i.e. tortillas, bread, and such, with minimum calorie (keto usually) alternatives you can eat in a way that feels pretty decadent.

Every time you eat you are pulling in a useless glut calorie bomb of carbs that promote further carb addiction. I'm talking about the bread and tortillas mainly. Can make a beefy burrito with tomatoes, some sour cream (fats satiate and control appetite and don't add to carb addiction), or put in steak and fajata veggies. Great burrito and ditch the tortilla carbs. Same with keto bread. can make a roast beef sandwich, or chicken salad sandwich, whatever, and ditch the calories and sustaining your carb addiction.
Do this and eat a packaged salad every couple days and you are wayyy ahead.
They both have 'off tastes' (out of lack of better word), but so do these candy bars, diet soda and so many other things. The 'tart/tang' taste the orowheat sliced bread has pairs with chicken salad (costco chicken in cans, add very little mayo, mosty because it masks chicken taste). Toast slices on medium low for 4 min and one side gets stiff and light brown. Great to carry weight of sandwich ingredients.
tl;dr Ditch the constant calorie bomb/maintaining carb addiction way by switching bread and tortillas out.
When I was on Keto all of these Atkins products kicked me out of ketosis. Everyone is different though.
Also, if you eat like 3,4,5 of these at once as a full desert mean you are almost certainly going to get temporary diarrhea.
It's pretty stuipid food. Don't know why I got a 3 pack for <$8. It's like TPing your own house because someone offered you a few rolls of toilet paper for a quarter. LOL-even-not-particularly-funny
Try incogno mode (assuming you haven't used the coupon already). I think you can use the $5 off 3 part more than once, and the 25% off only once.
