This is an OK price, but FYI Atkins products are NOT actually low-carb, keto, or diabetic-friendly. The main sweetener is maltitol, which has a GI of 36, so it spikes blood sugar like crazy and will kick you out of ketosis. They should not be deducting maltitol from net carbs; it's blatantly false advertising. I'm surprised there hasn't been a class action over this considering there have been hundreds of them for far more trivial food complaints.

Same with the Aldi version. They could use other sweeteners but moltitol is just so cheap.

Not to make this a Keto thread but I am newer to the Keto lifestyle and frequently shop at Aldi and loved their keto bars by "Elevation" and I had no idea about maltitol, thanks
