For those wondering for a cancellation fee or refund, here is that happened to my order:

I ordered the bundle of a phone (plus trade-in) and the QN90a (no trade-in). The TV (65 inch) stated that would arrive May 16th and then it moved to June 1st as it was backordered. I talked with a samsung rep through the chat and asked why delivery had moved. She checked on her own and said that the TV was backordered and had been delayed for two weeks.

She then offered a 10% refund after the TV is delivered if I didn't cancel which I agreed to. They will then ask to confirm if you accept this 10% refund and I said yes again. You get a reference ID #XXXXXXXX which she said to talk to them again after the delivery and samsung will process the refund of 10%.

Hope this helps!

I ordered this May 1st for this price. June 8th is my estimated delivery date.
Both of my TV orders through Samsung in the last couple of months have arrived much earlier than the estimated date.

Anyone own this? Thoughts? Thank you.
Great tv, poor customer service. Had to get a refund after they couldn't get someone to repair it and wouldn't exchange it. Ended up buying a C1.

I just logged in and the price was $1950. Are you sure you are on the QN90A TV's?

I've got the 85". Great TV. Go as big as you can. Yeah, you'll get used to it either way, even if you had a 120" screen. Kinda like how a new car doesn't feel new forever. But it still feels like a better experience with the bigger screens.

The only time I wouldn't go big is if you're a competitive gamer. It's an advantage to have the entire screen easily in your field of vision. You don't want your eyes traversing your screen if you're trying to shoot an enemy player. I've noticed I play Rocket League better on my 27" monitor than my 85" TV.

If you are used to Dolby vision and Sony's color you might take some time adjusting to this but overall this is a bette r TV for its local dimming and depth it can produce for the same pixel. The brightness can get too much but needs some adjustments to get the Sony feel
