Please, consider this opinion - IMHO. I have found it to be a great prebiotic/postbiotic for the stomach and digestive system. But, I do it naturally. (NO - I am not a vegan or anyone holistic - I just remembered when they started 'Hyping' this on TV what my mother taught me.) I use, and have used for Years and Years Apple Cider Vinegar. Here is how - - - -
- - - - - Buy a gallon of natural Apple Cider Vinegar. (LOOK at the Label. If it says 'Ingredients' of anything else than 'Apple Cider'(and water) - IMHO - I don't buy it. (I buy 'White House' - All Natural - Non GMO - NOT a Plug).
I have a 12oz. glass I use. Put 1"-2" ice cubes in the glass - (for you to begin) measure 1TSP of Apple Cider Vinegar to the glass - NOW - have 'Water Drops' (flavored - you know the stuff - lemonade, watermelon, whatever- I like lemonade) and add a small squirt - then fill the glass with water. Cost - IMHO - $0.5/a drink (just a guess-did not do a pill/ounce workout-if I am that far off-post it here).
I drink twice-a-day - !-before Noon-2-after 6PM(dinner). IMHO - Think you should start with 1-day until you get the Vinegar/Drops to your taste. Still Kickin' - Still doing good. Adjust the amount of Cider Vinegar to your taste. Again - just IMHO. YMMV - and I am sure the pill people ain't gonna like me. No Prob - so long as I like MySelf. Good luck.
