I've wanted to buy this on multiple occasions, but really would really be useful if they added a 21mm deep to the set, like the similar Gearwrench set.
SAE is for boomers, as well as anyone who works on industrial machinery, heavy equipment, aviation, HVAC, construction, farm equipment, yard tools, etc...
And me for working on my '65 Mustang that always seems to need something.
Where do you guys use impact wrench most? I am not doing mechanic work at home anymore since I got EV and wonder where else I can use this. I am trying to make good justification for myself befote pulling a trigger. It has been carted already...
Now someone explain to me why I just bought this even tho I don't have any 3/8" impact tools, just a 1/2" impact wrench a 3/8" powered, non-impact ratchet (as well as other manual non-powered tools)
You can use a reducer to get your impact from 1/2 to 3/8 and be able to use these sockets. Milwaukee sells them as well but any impact ready brand should work.
This looks like it would be more useful for me as I have a 1/2" impact, not a 3/8" as well as the fact that the vehicles I'd be working on use mostly (if not all) metric fasteners.
That set is more expensive though, and doesn't include any extensions or adapters. I also already have an impact socket set of some of the larger sizes...
I tried all of the zips recommended. It shows 99 bucks. Even the New York zip. When I do the ship to home and add to cart, it's all good. When I try to check out, it magically changes back to 139. I guess it's not going to work for me.
Also fyi $139 is normal price on these Acme has it for $119 right now but no free shipping till you hit $99
I found a Home Depot about 50 miles from me that had it and would only ship to store or changes price even in incognito mode etc. ordered to pick up next time I'm there for youth sports which should work as we are there next two Sunday's. Good luck

Exact same for me. I've tried using Chrome Incognito. I've cleared my cache. I've tried using Paypal checkout. I have had it in my cart multiple times at $99.00 but then, at some point, it recognizes that it is shipping to 97303 and always, always, always switches back to $139.00. sigh...
Funny. I was looking at purchasing this and saw 99 so I selected deliver home and checked out using PayPal. Showed 99 all the way through until after I finalized the order. Then it charged 139ish. I called to cancel and they said they would honor the 99 price.
