Weirdly I only agree with that with spinning rods. Same concept, just feels weird on the baitcaster. I wish I could make it work because L hand retrieves are usually cheaper to pick up new and used.
I dunno. Every time I see a display for reels at my local Academy, they look pretty beat up.
