Well going to get a charger or borrow one from somebody is a lot cheaper than calling a locksmith if you do get locked out. Saves you 400 for a locksmith bill
Also you can use the battery on your phone. All you got to do is just stash a charging cord in your yard somewhere. Better than stashing a key in your yard nobody can use your charging port to unlock it except you with the code or the app

Battery powered locks are no big deal if you have two entry doors. As soon as the first one's battery dies, use the other door and fix the dead lock.

This has a micro USB port on the bottom. If the battery dies you plug in a portable usb battery charger like for a phone and you can power it to get in and replace the batteries. Also it beeps for a week or more (while using it) if the batteries are going.
