Not as familiar with this specific version, but wouldn't it be better to get the latest 6950XT for the same $1099?
On a side note it would be nice to see prices get back to actual reality instead of scalper's trying to get one last squeeze out of the lemon. You still have people selling 6800XTs for way more than 6900XTs and 3060TIs for 800 or so. Some are back to normal and the 6750XTs are almost reasonable for their performance at $550.
After looking into this a little more this is a good card and now only $899 on Newegg making this arguably a good deal with the MSRP being $999. The only drawback is this thing is HUGE. Like bigger than a 3090 huge. 13.4" long and 5.5" wide.

I'm not sure what you mean by "same $1099" since the linked card is $899.
That said, it all depends on the performance level you're after. If the 6900xt is sufficient for what you need, get it and save the cash. If you're trying to maximize performance per $, look up reviews and do the math. If you're wanting the best AMD GPU money can buy, get the 6950xt. All depends on what you want to accomplish and what price you're willing to pay.

See 2nd post that already has explanation. I believe that the price was higher when it was first posted. This is a great card.
