That being said the other poster brought up a good point, if you're not desperate for a card, now is still not really the time to be buying a high end card especially because in less than 6 months time you will be getting 6900XT performance for probably the ~$500 price point with a 7700XT based on leaks so far. So it would feel a little silly to pay $850 now for $500 performance in a few months basically unless you're just desperate for a card.
I get the "there's always something around the corner", but it is pretty relevant here knowing we are less than 6 months away from RDNA3 release. The 7800XT will probably cost even $100-$150 less than this 6900XT and very easily beat it performance wise. Then the next gen cars wouldnt even be out for another 12-24 months probably after that, which isnt really around the corner like less than 6 months is.

Also if you want the free games DO NOT buy from Amazon. I spent the better part of a month and a half trying to get my free games from a processor buy from them. This is a common occurrence for them if you read through their comments.

Now we have mid-range cards that are priced at ~$500 and the 6750 XT just came out at $550.
Really hate how far up Nvidia/AMD have pushed GPU prices in the past few years (from the MSRP standpoint, not even talking about the crypto mining price increases). It seems like we have crypto miners to thank for these companies now basically building in the sticker shock price increases for the future.
I remember back when the 2060 came out at $350 msrp people lost their minds because the 1060 6 GB was a $250 card and nvidia was selling the extra cost as "this can ray-trace, this can ray-trace!"). The 1070 was a $380 msrp card. The 2060 aged better than people thought it would (especially when they released the $300 versions), but people were just in shock after 2.5 years Nvidia disappointed everyone with that $350 2060 to replace the 1060 basically and move that up a big price tier. Then the 1660 came out which was more a true replacement for the 1060 but only offered like 10-15% performance increase over a 1060 for a little less money ($220)...which after nearly 3 years of waiting disappointed basically everyone.

I paid about $500 for a Vega 64 in 2018 after the crypto boom was over and thought that was a bit spendy. It still works fine, but need to hand it down because those cards I was debating shot up astronomically while I was making a decision and haven't come back down until now.
