Nice deal. Typically every so often you will find a 500w deal for evga for 30-35$.

If your spending 30$ on a power supply your not spending 800$ on a graphics card lol. If your gonna need something like an RTX 3070 or more your gonna get a gold rated 750-1000w power supply and your spending 100$+

I have this PSU, running with a 12100F and a GTX1650, two hard drives, two SSDs, and NVME, and a 4 case fans. Works fine. No voltage sags.

Silverstone is a reputable enclosure and PSU brand - I'm not surprised.

This ps has 504w on the 12v rails. A 6800xt uses 300w. My undervolted 12700k uses 105w with occt burn in. I think this ps will handle most setups. And they are NEW not refurbs and silverstone is a premium manufacturer. In for 2.

I'm impressed. I thought the OP forgot to put refurb in the title, but these appear to be new.

I'd recommend you do the math on your energy consumption with a lower efficiency PSU like this. I think it's less important at 550W than at 1000W, but if you are using your computer a lot, then the electricity costs will add up.

Unless your system is being pushed to its power limits 24/7 you wont really notice the electricity cost.

If your system is using all that wattage for 8 hours a day every single day of the month it would be less than $20 a month.

Most people are not going to be using 500+ watts for 8 hours a day. And the ones that are probably arent looking at 550watt units lol.

Any low output ATX power supplies? I only need around 100W on 12V.
