Mine just arrived with a DCB112 (2.0 Amp) charger which is half as powerful as the DCB115 (4.0 Amp) listed and will take twice as long to charge any given battery.

My greenworks is on its 4th or 5th season for a 1/3 acre and I use it for trimming and edging. It's cheap but still going with minimal issues. The issue is switching companies, because you're forever stuck with thier batteries and tools unless you want 6 different chargers.
I like EGO, but there's a ton of stuff in the 50-80v range.
Design language of this isn't doing any favors unless you already have only dewalt batteries but a small yard
