I just got this TV yesterday and today it was hung up and setup...Wow! Very impressive and I was a panel lottery winner 😁
Firmware it came with is 1906.
Perfect panel...check using various dse tests with no noticable dark spots or banding.
Filmaker mode is my favorite right now.

Using Fire stick 4k max through my 4k Onkyo receiver and Arc works great.
Amazing deal for a 75" under $1500.

I do enjoy this beast from day 1 and I still need to put it on my wall. Coming from LG oled, change is always good for eyes 😀
Shipping - they had 2 people deliver it and they came inside and placed it indoors. The packaging had 2 straps.
I unboxed it and installed the stand. Left it on the floor and Turned on the tv to make sure everything was good. There were no scratches or cracks luckily.
Friday - Mounted it up on the wall with a Costco mount (more expensive than monoprice but was able to get it in person).
I have it installed in my living room where there is a lot of light coming through the windows. The anti reflection on the tv is real good. I don't see any glares during the day. Glad I bought this TV. Best bang for buck in my opinion.
Also I just contacted Samsung today to redeem my 10% refund. They were only giving me 10% off just the tv initially ($150) but I had to convince them to give me 10% off the full order ($180) and they finally agreed.
Is everyone opening the box while the delivery team is here, ti check for screen cracks or anything, or it's okay to check it later? Thanks.

Also, were they present during unboxing done by you?

What did you say to convince them to give you the full 10%?

5 and 5. After watching the boys...i did enable contrast enhancer to low as well.
Overall in the few shows I've watched, I don't see a huge difference in PQ between the Hisense and the Samsung, though the Samsung's local dimming is slightly better and HDR is slightly brighter. Motion handling is vastly better though, and performance of the UI is way better.
