Deal History includes data from multiple reputable stores, such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. The lowest price among stores for a given day is selected as the "Sale Price".
Sale Price does not include sale prices at Amazon unless a deal was posted by a community member.
Seems only a bit smaller than the 16 inch legion 7, while having the same price ($1799) and way less power in both the GPU (100w vs 165w) and CPU (5900hs vs 5900hx). Doesn't seem like a good deal.
If you value portability, I suggest to wait for the g14 to be on a deal instead. This middle ground size between g14 and legion 7 doesn't really make sense for how much power you are sacrificing vs how much portability you get.
The Walmart Legion 7 for $1,799 is going to be a much better deal for a lot of people. The G15 is so much lighter and the aesthetics are so much nicer. But there were a lot of quirks about it that made me ultimately return it. I'm currently testing the L7 right now that I ordered from Walmart on Saturday.

How are you liking the legion 7? I briefly had the i7 11800h/3070 version from bhphoto open box but had a crack near the hinge and battery was TERRIBLE at maybe 4 hours max with icue services/app uninstalled and all power savings enabled so I returned it. I thought it was a very nice laptop and ran very cool! I bought the Walmart one on Saturday as well I've been waiting and watching prices drop. I've been eyeing the 5800h/3070 from ant on line. It's slowly been dropping currently around $1530 I think but I couldn't resist trying out the 5900hx/3080 seems worth the extra extra price. Now I'm just hoping if I keep this one the price drops some more before the return period is over and they will match it without needing to return

While using the device, the L7 looks just like a L5P because the screen and keyboard are pretty much identical. The L7 feel more premium though. I immediately turned off the RGB so that wasn't a factor for me. So far I like it, but I also liked the L5P. Right now I'm kind of in a bind. I want to keep this L7, but if all of the cashback works out for the 2022 L5P deal, then I may keep that one. That one is set to arrive tomorrow. BUTTTTTTT if the 2022 L7 comes out soon and the price is competitive (even for a lower tier CPU/GPU), I may just get that one. lol.

Lmao...too many choices. I do feel like these laptops are still overpriced though and wanna see further discounts
I bought this laptop for a development/gaming laptop. It's worked out great.
I strongly recommend picking up a 32GB DDR4 260-Pin SODIMM and replace the 8gb stick giving you a total of 40GB ram.

I own a legion 5 Pro a G14 and a G15. In hand, the G15 is substantially smaller than a Legionl.

You can also stick a 2nd NVME in this
